March is not about reinventing your life.
It’s about choosing a direction — and moving.
Not dramatically.
Not perfectly.
Just deliberately.
Winter leaves people stuck between two extremes: stay frozen or force a breakthrough. Neither lasts.
Momentum is different.
Momentum builds when small actions are repeated with intention. It grows when energy is gathered instead of exhausted. It’s quiet power — alignment over urgency.
This month, we focus on forward motion that doesn’t burn you out.
Not hustle.
Not pressure.
Not “do more.”
Traction.
Most people try to change results.
Momentum starts earlier — with clarity.
What deserves your energy?
What doesn’t?
What does one step forward look like right now?
If everything feels important, nothing moves.
So here’s the question that opens March:
If you could move one area of your life forward this month, which one would matter most?
Not five.
Not a full overhaul.
One.
Clarity creates force.
Force creates motion.
Motion creates confidence.
Over the next nine issues, we’ll build steady energy, reduce friction, create structure that supports action, and learn how to keep moving when motivation fades.
This is a build season — not a performance season.
You don’t need permission.
You don’t need to be fully ready.
You just need to begin.
This is March Forward.
Just a note:
As we move into this Spring, I'd like to remind everyone that I did write another novel. This was supposed to be the first of 12 books in the science fiction genre, which is a new area for me. After completing this book, however, I had some health issues and have not completed the other books of the series. This story is based largely on the life of my husband, Markas, and right now it is on sale so I have included the link below if you are interested.
